The Fine Print
We are a small, family-run resort. We collect only what we need to answer your question or arrange your stay, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
When you fill in one of the forms on this site, whether that is a general message, a tour request, or a package request, we receive what you type into it. That is typically your name, your email address, and whatever details you choose to share about your dates, your group size, and what you are hoping to do.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website. If you go on to book a room, that happens on our booking provider's own secure system, and your card details go to them, never to us through this site.
Like most websites, we also collect general information about visits: which pages are viewed, roughly which country a visitor is in, and what kind of device they are using. This is anonymous and tells us which parts of the site are useful, not who you are.
To reply to you, to arrange your stay and your tours, and to understand which parts of this website are worth improving. That is all.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits, and the Google Map on our contact page sets its own. If you would rather not have them, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. The site works fine without them.
We keep enquiries and booking correspondence for as long as we need them to look after you as a guest and to keep proper business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Reservations@OceanTideBeach.com and we will take care of it.
This website is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Families are very welcome at the resort; this is simply about who fills in the forms.
