The 501 Experience
Some days you do not want an itinerary. You want a boat, a cooler, a stretch of sand with nobody else on it, and a whole afternoon that belongs to you. That is this one.
We run you out to a quiet beach, help you get set up, and then get out of the way. Swim, float, put your music on, lay out, work through the cooler. The beers are on us and you are welcome to bring rum or whatever else you like. If you want something to eat, Jiggy can put together fresh conch ceviche right on the boat. No schedule, no group of strangers, and nobody telling you when it is time to head back.
A private beach day is the most flexible thing 501 runs. The boat is yours for a half day or a full day, so you can swim, snorkel, drift, or simply lie on an empty beach on Ambergris Caye with a cold drink in your hand. It is the trip guests ask for again once they have done it once.
You will come back sandy, sun-tired and completely unwound. The Lazy Pelican is right there when you do.
Tours run subject to weather and sea conditions. Your guides will always pick the best day and the best sites. Hotel guests get first priority on scheduling.
